Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ankara, Türkiye
Süreyya Ümran Alınak founded Turquaz Health and leads the company today. She is responsible for the partner hospital network, the company’s commercial direction and its international representation, and she personally oversees the standards applied to patient files and to subagency partners.
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Yavuz Selim Sılay leads the physician-led medical management structure at Turquaz Health. He is responsible for medical file assessment, the matching of specialists and hospitals within the partner network for each case, the clinical content of our medical training programmes, and the medical accuracy of every set of options we present.
Nigeria Country Director
Abuja, Nigeria
Mohammed Alkasim Zangina leads Turquaz Health in Nigeria from our Abuja office. He is the first point of contact for patients and families in the region, manages relationships with Nigerian institutions and referring physicians, and coordinates travel and documentation for patients heading to Türkiye.
